Ethiopia Gummay Geisha — Floral & Juicy Sweetness

Sourced from Gummay Village in western Ethiopia’s Limu–Djimma region, this Baby Geisha coffee undergoes washed processing to highlight its clarity and sweetness. The cup opens with soft peach and honey top-notes, followed by hints of brown sugar, lemon zest, wild berries and strawberry, all carried on a smooth, rich body with a clean, comforting finish — vibrant yet gentle.

🫖 Brewing Recommendation

1️⃣ Hang the drip bag (approx. 14 g) securely over your cup.
2️⃣ Bloom with about 40 ml of 88–92 °C hot water and wait 20–30 sec.
3️⃣ Continue pouring the remaining 180 ml of hot water in 2–3 gentle rounds, using circular motions.
4️⃣ Allow the brew to complete in about 3 minutes. Adjust strength to taste.
5️⃣ Second Brew Option: Refill with an additional 180 ml of hot water for a lighter, more tea-forward second cup — extending nuanced sweetness and aromatics.
