Cultivated in the misty highlands of Alishan, this coffee captures the unique terroir of the region—cool alpine air, fertile soil, and dramatic day–night temperature shifts that nurture extraordinary flavor. Through the natural (sun-dried) process, each cherry is carefully laid under the sun to dry within its fruit, allowing the beans to absorb rich, nuanced sweetness.
The result is a cup with lively tropical fruit notes, delicate florals, and a honeyed sweetness, all balanced by a silky body and lingering finish. It is a vivid expression of Alishan’s natural beauty and Taiwan’s dedication to exquisite coffee craft.

tried the Yuyupas Alishan nature processed drip coffee today, and it was such a unique experience watching the flavor change as the cup cooled.
When it was hot, the first sip was full of floral fragrance with a bright berry-like acidity. The body felt smooth and light, making it really refreshing for a morning start.
As it cooled to warm, I noticed the flavors becoming rounder and sweeter—almost like berry jam with a hint of honey. It had more depth and richness, and every sip felt comforting and balanced.
By the time it turned cold, it surprised me again. The fruity notes shifted toward tropical flavors—like passionfruit and mango—and the finish was crisp, almost like drinking a fruity tea. Super refreshing, especially in Singapore’s weather!
Overall, I loved how this coffee evolved with time. It felt like three different drinks in one cup, each stage delicious in its own way.
