As a coffee lover, I was really excited to try the Gukeng Qingshanping drip coffee, and it did not disappoint.

When brewed hot, it had a clean and elegant flavor—bright citrus notes with just the right amount of acidity, very refreshing and smooth. The washed process really brings out its clarity; every sip felt crisp and well-structured.

As it cooled to warm, the brightness softened and I started to taste more sweetness—almost like light caramel with hints of toasted nuts. It became rounder and more comforting without losing that refreshing character.

By the time it was cold, it turned into a refreshing, tea-like drink with a delicate finish. The citrus fruitiness was still there, but lighter and very easy to drink. Perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up.

This coffee is refined, balanced, and versatile—great for anyone who enjoys a bright, clean cup that evolves beautifully as it cools.
