This drip coffee is sourced from the renowned Finca Santuario in the Cauca region of Colombia. Made from the Red Bourbon variety, the coffee is grown at high altitudes of 1,850–1,980 meters and processed using the Natural (sun-dried) method, allowing the coffee cherry’s sweetness and fruit intensity to fully develop.

Brewing Guide
1️⃣ Hang the drip bag securely over your cup.
2️⃣ Bloom with about 30 ml of 88–92 °C hot water and wait 20–30 seconds.
3️⃣ Continue pouring the remaining 150–170 ml of hot water in 2–3 gentle rounds, using circular motions.
4️⃣ Allow the brew to complete in about 3 minutes. Adjust strength to taste.
