Sourced from the remote highlands of Bench Maji, Ethiopia, this Geisha coffee thrives at over 2,200 m above sea level, where slow cherry development and precise washed processing produce remarkable depth and clarity. Revered for its floral aromatics — jasmine, rose, and white florals — and bright fruit character like white peach, citrus, and wild berries, this cup delivers a clean, tea-like finish that bridges delicacy and complexity.
🍵 Hualien Honey Aroma Black Tea — Soft Sweetness & Mellow Body
Paired with this extraordinary coffee is Hualien’s Honey Aroma Black Tea, a premium Taiwanese black tea whose leaves are naturally transformed by tiny leafhoppers. The resulting oxidation produces a gentle honey-like fragrance and smooth sweetness, characteristic of high-quality honey-scented black teas from eastern Taiwan. 🫖 Brewing Recommendation
1️⃣ Hang the drip bag (approx. 14 g) securely over your cup.
2️⃣ Bloom with about 40 ml of 88–92 °C hot water and wait 20–30 sec.
3️⃣ Continue pouring the remaining 180 ml of hot water in 2–3 gentle rounds, using circular motions.
4️⃣ Allow the brew to complete in about 3 minutes. Adjust strength to taste.
