Brewing Guide (Drip Bag Method)
1️⃣ Tear open the drip bag and hang it securely over your cup.
2️⃣ Bloom: Pour ~40 ml of hot water (92–94 °C) slowly and wait ~30 s.
3️⃣ Infuse: Add ~150–160 ml in 2–3 gentle pours to let the layers unfold.
4️⃣ Complete: Remove the drip bag once dripping stops.
